Called to order 6:15

It was announced that Jackie Mares will be moving. We should make the Dine Out meeting a good bye party for her.

May 8th is Motorcycle Run.

Minutes from March meeting were approved as read.

Treasurer’s report- Sue has check for $950 to open Money Market Acct. Four signatures are required for the account. Karan, Zina, Pat, & Carol need to sign signature card.

Committee Reports

Building- Dudley- Main St. Contract is incomplete.

-Main St. will lease building.

-Would have to bid out all work & use Federal pay rate

-Pixis - $300,000
